Return period
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Customized and engraved products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Hadi Craft is Pakistan-managed with US-based fulfillment support; therefore, most returns are processed at our contracted US warehouse for customer convenience.
In some cases where items are shipped from Pakistan, return processing may be handled through our Pakistan facility depending on origin or product type.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
What is not returnable
Please note: Custom, personalized, or engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes any jewelry or wooden item that has been made or engraved to your specification.
Regular (non-custom) jewelry items may be returned under the conditions above.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at support@hadicraft.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be approved before shipment.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping & labels
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Approved Pakistan-origin shipments may be processed through our Pakistan facility for faster handling when applicable.
Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (once accepted) and place a separate order for the new item.
European Union – 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must be in the same condition you received them (unworn/unused, with tags, original packaging) and include proof of purchase.
Custom or engraved products remain non-returnable under this rule.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
