Business & Fulfillment Model Transparency
Hadi Craft is a Pakistan-registered business operating with Pakistan-based management and customer support, while fulfillment support is handled via our contracted warehouse in Florida, USA.
Some items may ship from Pakistan or through our US fulfillment partner, depending on stock availability and product type.
We also source custom or artisan components through verified suppliers and makers globally.
Processing Time
Ready-to-ship jewelry and accessories:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Custom or engraved products:
Require additional craftsmanship time. These items ship within 5 business days after order confirmation.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
• Standard Delivery: 3–4 business days after dispatch
• Same-Day Dispatch: Available for in-stock jewelry orders placed before 12:00 PM (Florida time)
All standard USA orders ship from our Florida warehouse (Lakeland, FL 33811).
Processing and handling times may vary if an item ships from our Pakistan facility.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, including Canada, the U.K., and EU regions.

• Delivery time: typically 10–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
