Hadi Craft specializes in handmade and personalized products including jewelry, engraved gifts, home décor, and kitchen accessories. All products are stocked in our USA warehouse in Lakeland, Florida, ensuring fast local delivery.
All orders are shipped from our USA warehouse in Lakeland, Florida. Delivery times:
  • USA local orders: 3–4 business days
  • International orders: Varies by destination — contact us for details
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Yes! We offer engraving and personalization on selected products. Simply add your customization details (name, message, date, etc.) when placing your order. Our team will confirm the details before processing.
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout including credit/debit cards and other secure online payment options. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. If you receive a wrong or damaged item:
  • Take clear photos or a short video immediately upon receiving the parcel
  • Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and proof
