Hadi Craft specializes in handmade and personalized products including jewelry, engraved gifts, home décor, and kitchen accessories. All products are stocked in our USA warehouse in Lakeland, Florida, ensuring fast local delivery.
All orders are shipped from our USA warehouse in Lakeland, Florida. Delivery times:
- USA local orders: 3–4 business days
- International orders: Varies by destination — contact us for details
Yes! We offer engraving and personalization on selected products. Simply add your customization details (name, message, date, etc.) when placing your order. Our team will confirm the details before processing.
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout including credit/debit cards and other secure online payment options. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. If you receive a wrong or damaged item:
- Take clear photos or a short video immediately upon receiving the parcel
- Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and proof

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly on the courier's website. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, please contact our support team.

The Hadi Craft Reseller Membership is a program designed for online sellers in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and Malaysia who want to sell our USA-stocked products on Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or their own store — with zero upfront inventory cost and full fulfillment support from our USA warehouse.

No! You do not need to purchase any inventory upfront. You list our products on your store, and when a customer places an order, we fulfill it directly from our USA warehouse. You only pay the product cost after you receive an order.
