Purchase & Cancellation Policy

Orders for non-custom products may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting hadiarts231@gmail.com. After this period, processing may begin and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

Custom, engraved, or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started, as they are made specifically to order.

If an order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it may instead be returned under our 30-day return policy once delivered.

We do not offer automatic subscription billing; all purchases are one-time transactions unless clearly stated otherwise. If any subscription or recurring purchase option is offered in the future, customers will be able to cancel anytime before the next billing date through customer support.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation policy and understand that custom items are non-cancellable once processing begins.
