Cancellation policy

Purchase & Cancellation Policy

Orders for non-custom products may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@hadicraft.com. After this period, order processing may begin and cancellation may no longer be guaranteed.

Custom, engraved, or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started, as these products are made specifically to order.

If an order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our standard return policy after delivery.

We do not operate any subscription or recurring billing models. All purchases are one-time transactions unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

If subscription-based services are introduced in the future, customers will be able to cancel before the next billing cycle through customer support.

By placing an order, you agree to this cancellation policy and understand that custom-made items are non-cancellable once processing begins.
